I was born and raised in Thailand and came to the country of opportunity at the age of 7. I was a typical boy brought up the Aussie way, Aussie rules in winter and cricket in summer. I am a huge Dockers fan, but hey, you can’t hold that against me. After finishing high school, I graduated from Curtin University with a double major in marketing and public relations. My passion for real estate took me to LJ Hooker where I excelled by providing superior customer service and was inducted into the prestigious Top 5% within the Australasian network. After recently being awarded the $50 Million award, I still pride myself on providing you with the highest level of service and integrity. We had previously tried to sell our house 12 months prior to hiring Prak as our Real Estate Representative. After the contract ran out with the previous rep we were hit with a hefty marketing fee that left us with an out of pocket cost and a bitter taste in our mouth toward selling our property. Word of mouth travelled, the marketing brochures arrived in the post each week and our feet started to itch once again, so we decided to give Prak a chance to do what the other representative failed miserably at. Now we believe that the best way to sell your house is to appoint a suitable Real Estate Representative, who is Honest, has Dignity, Market Knowledge and the ability to influence potential buyers.
