Joe is a driven Real Estate profession who has a passion for sales and marketing. Joe loves it when he hears "no" or "it can't be done" because this inspires him to look past the barriers and find ways to overcome challenges. Joe started many years ago with a traineeship with BGC Residential learning the ropes of a site supervisor working out in the field, while he studied a diploma of builders registration and went on in his career to move into the office as an estimator for a local new home builder where he learnt how to cost up variations to building plans.
Joe is a creative thinker with a friendly inviting personality who after some years in the field decided at age 34 to go to university to study a degree in marketing and advertising and completed his study with a Bachelor of Marketing Advertising & Public Relations in January 2014. During his time at university Joe lead a team to win the 2011 Google Online Marketing Challenge Asia Pacific Region from 75 countries and 4400 university teams.
Joe Has now finally found his niche in real estate combining his knowledge of housing construction, his passion for marketing and advertising and his love of connecting people with that which they most want.
